Stop Stress!

Assalamualaikum W.B.T..

Stress?? What is stress? According to About.Com;
"Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or respons."
If you feel under stress, you will feel worried and tense because of difficulties in your life. Almost all human beings had experienced stress in their life. Stress can be good if you know how to manage your stress.

In this entry, I'm not going to talk on how to manage your stress. You can just google it. But what I want to share is, as a Muslim/Muslimah, there's a lot of 'doa' or prayer you can practise when you are stress.
